Recovering From Disaster

After a fire devastated the entire administrative front office of  Inspirus (formerly Diamond H Recognition) the management team decided not only to rebuild in the same space, but to use the disaster as an opportunity to remake their corporate image.

Working closely with their architecture and interior design teams they created a space that was both warm and contemporary.  Multiple height panels in the workstations mirror the multiple height ceilings creating a space that is open and promotes communication.

The neutral pallet of the Knoll Dividends systems allowed the design team to use the Knoll Essentials and Chadwick seating, the art and architecture to introduce color and design interest.  The open weave materials surrounding the common areas allow team members privacy in meetings without closing the space.  The same materials were used to extend the height of supervisory and management stations, giving privacy and individuality without obstructing the windows and impeding the natural light into the rest of the office. The conference room included Davis Web chairs and a Krug conference table equipped with state of the art electronics for web casts and presentations.
