Ty brings 20 years of experience in customer service and three years in contract furniture to her role with GL Seaman & Company. She specializes in order-management process improvement and enjoys working closely with the internal team as well as external partners to create a customer experience that garners customer loyalty. Her primary role is to prepare and manage intermarket projects. She works efficiently to meet deadlines, ensure accuracy and find solutions that exceed customer expectations without compromising the quality of service.
Ty earned her Master’s degree in Management from Texas A&M-Commerce.
