  • Furniture Project Manager - Dallas

    Come join our Project Management team and be part of one of the leading contract furniture dealerships in the Metroplex!  Our Project Managers have the opportunity to bring the customers’ vision to reality.  They are highly involved in projects from start to finish.  They work closely with the Sales Associate, Project Coordinator and Designer, and often times, the customer or customers’ general contractor, to facilitate all aspects of the installation.

    Our Project Managers are resourceful, professional and have hustle.  They will simultaneously manage multiple projects from order acceptance through final punch list.  They are organized, can manage priorities, work well independently or as part of a team, trouble-shoot issues, solve problems and create extraordinary customer experiences.

    If you are self-disciplined, outgoing, intuitive and effective at facilitating information, we want to talk with you! This roles requires exceptional attention to detail while overseeing multiple jobs with various deadlines.   Excellent communication skills are required both verbally and in writing.  Candidates should have an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in project management, or construction preferred.  Experience in project management, especially in contract furniture, preferred; knowledge of Knoll is a big plus.

  • Interior Construction Project Coordinator - Dallas

    Our Interior Construction team is growing and we are seeking a stellar Project Coordinator to facilitate and manage the details of our exciting projects.

    In this role, you will work closely with the account manager, designers and project managers to capture the project scope, generate proposals, calculate and confirm pricing, work with general contractors on job site requirements, produce invoicing and more.

    The successful candidate will be resourceful, professional, and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs. Experience and an understanding of the construction industry is highly preferred.

    We are looking for an individual who is organized, self-disciplined, very detail focused, and a self-starter. They are methodical and thorough, yet work at a consistent pace to keep their eyes on the deadlines and keep the projects moving through the process to final installation.

  • Sales Coordinator - Dallas

    We are currently seeking dynamic and experienced individuals to join our Sales Coordinator team.  Our Sales Coordinators are the hub of the wheel.  They support Sales Associates with proposals, purchase orders, status reports, acknowledgements and invoicing, client communication and more.  They demonstrate an eagerness to enrich our customers, vendors and fellow employees through their daily interactions. 

    Our Sales Coordinators are resourceful, professional and have hustle.  They are organized, take initiative, manage priorities and deadlines, work well independently or as part of a team, trouble-shoot issues, solve problems and create extraordinary customer experiences.

    Qualified candidates will possess exceptional attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to organize multiple priorities.  Must be proficient at Microsoft Office including Excel and Power Point.  Must be comfortable working with numbers and interacting with vendors and customers.

    We prefer that candidates have prior industry experience, especially in contract furniture, but with the right attitude and skill set, we’re confident you’ll acquire a proficient knowledge in no time!
