  • Interior Construction Healthcare Sales Champion - Dallas

    The position of Interior Construction Healthcare Sales Champion represents DIRTT Environmental Solutions products and services.  You are on the front lines challenging the normal, yet old ways of constructing in the healthcare environment.  Your background in sales and your knowledge of interior construction pave the way to share the news about DIRTT’s highly customizable, sustainable architectural interiors that can be reconfigured easily to meet changing space planning and working environment needs.  DIRTT’s smart construction brings efficiencies to the medical world.  DIRTT supports all healthcare space needs, from isolation rooms to urgent care facilities.  Hospital-grade finishes help lower infection transfer.  Wipeable surfaces leave minimal space for germs to hide.

    The right candidate for this position is self-motivated, resourceful, and entrepreneurial.  You proactively find opportunities.  You understand the ins and outs of the construction industry as it relates to healthcare needs. Your solid understanding of job site conditions and building processes allows you to identify with general contractors in offering better solutions to meet clients’ needs.  You are a problem solver.  You offer results instead of reasons.  You possess outstanding interpersonal skills, can speak the language and are engaging with all project stakeholders.

    In this role, you focus on attracting and retaining new and existing business relationships within the healthcare construction and architectural industries.  You will identify opportunities to immediately add value and create strategies to drive long-term relationships. Your knowledge of DIRTT sales tools and technologies will leverage your position with key decision makers, and your broad understanding of the construction industry will secure meetings with end-users, architects, designers, project managers, and general contractors.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Initiate the sales process and act as account executive orchestrating and coordinating appropriate application of products and service resources to existing and new customers
    • Maintain a broad understanding of the healthcare construction industry and have the ability to secure meetings with end-users, architects, designers, project managers, general contractors, and other decision makers
    • Introduce new offerings to existing markets and clients in creative ways that highlight the value proposition
    • Prioritize opportunities and create go-to-market plans with stakeholder input
    • Prepare and run sales presentations and client tours
    • Expand your network with community involvement and build rapport with new contacts
    • Attend events in the local business community, including events targeted at healthcare design, construction, and real estate professionals
    • Gain expert-level knowledge of DIRTT’s solutions, leveraging this to create unique and compelling experiences for clients, from initial education through final walkthrough
    • Ability to travel for training, presentations, and industry tradeshows. (Travel to Canada required)

  • Manager, Financial Operations - Dallas

    GL Seaman & Company is seeking an outstanding, disciplined, highly detailed individual as Manager, Financial Operations.  If the responsibilities below align with your strong work ethic and love of data, please let us get to know you.

    Responsibilities include the following: Perform reporting and accounting as per regulatory and legal requirements including forecasting operating budgets and working capital. Aid in commercial banking transaction administration, including but not limited to accounting, financial reporting, treasury transactions and asset management. Interact with business function heads to provide thought leadership, execution support and strategic analyses to develop, evaluate, execute and track the financial, operational and corresponding technology strategy for the company. Identify financial and operational areas that the company should address and proactively identify potential solutions. Engage in data analysis to describe current and long term trends in the industry. Engagement in financial modeling and financial statement analysis of the company and construct models for generating earnings estimates utilizing history and projected information concerning valuation and risk management strategies.

    Conduct studies related to vendors, customers, pricing power and organizational areas to interpret information that assists management with achieving financial and strategic goals. Monitor measurement studies and design process and procedures that drive operational efficiency. Analyze business operating procedures for each department; identify operational gaps and make recommendations to improve communication and devise a more efficient work flow in order to deliver and exceed customer expectations. Gather and develop best practices solutions for process improvement for areas including, but not limited to, information flow, integrated production methods, inventory control, or cost analysis.

    Develop and maintain financial and related operational manuals outlining established methods of performing work, including alternative methods if needed, in accordance with organizational policies and master Agreements.

    Minimum Education Requirements: Master’s degree, foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Finance, Strategy, or related field.

    Required Related Occupation Experience: Six (6) years of related work experience. Any suitable combination of education, experience and training will be accepted for consideration.
