Great Leaders Serve
Serving Communities Since 2008
At GL Seaman & Company, giving back is more than a value—it's part of who we are. Rooted in the belief that great leaders serve, we are proud to support the communities around us through hands-on volunteerism, youth development, and industry initiatives that make a meaningful difference.
At least twice each year, our employees take time during the workday to serve some of the most vulnerable members of our communities. These team-led service outings strengthen employee engagement while directly supporting vital local organizations.
