  • Customer Service Manager - Fort Worth

    We are seeking the right individual to deliver extraordinary service on a multitude of items that keep an office and projects running smoothly.  If you demonstrate a natural conscientiousness in the completion of assignments, possess a strong accounting background, and welcome the responsibility of working with high-performing sales associates, we want to visit with you!

    Our Customer Service Manager functions in a dual role of project coordination and accounting management.  They will interact with the sales associates on all details of their project sales until it’s passed to the project manager.  Additionally, they will have the responsibility of working very closely with the office president with regard to accounting and commission reconciliations, managing work flow, monitoring efficient processes and contributing to the company’s Continuous Improvement initiative.

  • Project Designer - Dallas

    Do you have exceptional attention to detail?  Are you a due diligent, hard working individual who thrives with a steady pace of projects drawing upon your knowledge of design?

    We are looking for the right individual to join our in-house Design team.  For 33 years, GL Seaman & Company has been a leader in business furniture and office design solutions.  We are the largest Knoll dealer in North Texas and consistently ranked as one of the top 10 dealers in North America. 

    Our Designers work closely with our sales team to capture the vision of our clients, and are responsible for producing designs that not only meet, but exceed client expectations. If you have prior contract furniture industry experience, especially of Knoll, we want to talk with you!

  • Project Manager - Dallas & Fort Worth

    Our Project Managers are highly involved in projects from start to finish.  They will simultaneously manage multiple projects from order acceptance through final punch list.  If you are self-disciplined, outgoing, intuitive and effective at facilitating information, we want to talk with you!  

    Our Project Managers are resourceful, professional and have hustle.  They are organized, can manage priorities, work well independently or as part of a team, trouble-shoot issues, solve problems and create extraordinary customer experiences.

    Our Sales Coordinators are highly involved in projects from start to finish.  They will simultaneously manage multiple projects even before the sale is final, and be involved every step of the process until we are positive we have delivered extraordinary service.
